01

Find an item and open its current listing

Use the spreadsheet or category pages to narrow your search by product type, appearance and reference price. On this site, the browser wishlist holds up to three products for comparison. Saving an item keeps a local shortlist; it does not reserve stock or place an order.

From our product detail page, follow the offer link to the MaisonLooks product page. Check the item and options, then use its “Buy Now” entry to continue to the selected agent’s site. Confirm that the destination is OOPBUY if that is the service you intend to use. Match the loaded product and variant before ordering; stop if the link is unavailable or identifies a different item.

02

Confirm the variant and pay for the purchase

If you already have an original seller link, OOPBUY’s beginner guide also describes pasting a supported Taobao, Tmall or 1688 link into its search bar, or searching by product name. A MaisonLooks catalog URL is a different kind of link; do not assume the search bar accepts it. In the OOPBUY order form, choose the colour, size and quantity, check that version’s size chart and add any specific purchase request.

Review the product charge and shipping within China in the checkout total. This payment starts the purchase stage. International delivery is arranged separately after the goods reach the warehouse, so leave room in your budget for that later payment.

03

Follow the order through purchase and warehouse arrival

Check the order in your OOPBUY account for purchase progress, seller dispatch and warehouse receipt. These are separate stages: a paid order may still be awaiting procurement, and seller dispatch does not mean the parcel has left China for your address.

If an option is unavailable or the seller changes the price, resolve the order inquiry before agreeing to a substitute. Keep the order number and selected variant together so that any warehouse photos can be matched to the right purchase.

Review warehouse photos before approving shipment

Compare the stored item with your order: colour, size label, quantity and visible condition. Ask for a clear additional photo or one specific measurement if a detail would affect your decision. Photographs do not establish comfort, durability or performance.

Resolve a wrong variant, missing item or visible defect while the goods are still at the warehouse. Check the return deadline immediately; waiting for another order does not pause an earlier item’s after-sales window.

05

Choose the parcel contents, packaging and route

Select the stored items you want to send and enter the delivery details in your account. Compare routes that accept those goods for your destination, then choose packaging that balances protection with parcel size. Use the available weight and dimensions to estimate delivery costs.

Review the parcel summary before paying: included items, address, route, packaging services and charges. An estimate is provisional; the packed parcel’s measured size and weight determine the final calculation under the selected route’s rules.

06

Track the international parcel and check delivery

After dispatch, use the parcel or waybill record to follow tracking updates. Keep the carrier number and order details until delivery is complete. If tracking stalls, refer to that route’s delivery estimate and ask support about the specific parcel.

At arrival, check the package and contents before discarding the packaging. Photograph any damage and retain the label if you need to report a problem.

Combining purchases from different sellers

Can items from different sellers travel together?

Stored items may be combined when the chosen route accepts them. They first arrive as separate orders; check their condition and storage deadlines before submitting one parcel.
