OopBuy spreadsheet FAQ

What is an OopBuy spreadsheet?

It is a product discovery list with item names, categories, reference prices and product links. Start with a category to compare styles, then open a product detail page for a closer look and save up to three picks to your shortlist. The search box sends your keywords to the external live catalog. Use the list to narrow your choices, then confirm the exact colour, size and current listing before ordering.

Is this the official OopBuy website?

No. OopBuy Finds is an independent discovery and research site. Product cards first open our detail pages, where a current-options button takes you to the matching external listing. Ordering, payments, warehouse services and shipping are handled through the buying agent. For help with an existing order, contact support in your agent account and include the relevant order or parcel number; this website cannot access or change your orders.

Where do the product cards come from?

They are selected records fetched from our product catalog API when the catalog is prepared. Each card combines a listing photo, product name, brand description and reference price. The product detail page provides the source snapshot date and a link to the external listing. Titles and brand names describe the catalog records; they do not mean we have bought, tested or authenticated the items. Check the current listing photos and selected variation before deciding.

Are the prices live?

They are saved API prices, not a live checkout quote. Amounts marked ~$ are API-provided USD estimates, with CNY item references shown alongside. International delivery is excluded, and the estimate does not establish the agent exchange rate. When comparing two finds, check the same size and colour, then allow for domestic delivery, international shipping and any selected extra services. Use the current product page and checkout breakdown to confirm the amount before paying.

Can I download an OopBuy spreadsheet?

Yes. A free CSV download is available on our About page, with the selected product names, categories, CNY reference prices and external product links. Import it into Excel or Google Sheets to add your own size notes, colour choices and budget columns. The downloaded file is a saved copy: it does not update automatically when a seller changes a price or removes an item. Reopen the linked listing to check current details before ordering.

Do I buy directly on this website?

No. This site helps you compare products and build a shortlist. Open a product detail page, use its current-options button and check the exact variation in the external catalog before continuing through the available OopBuy option or seller link. Saving a product here does not place an order or reserve stock. Your shortlist is stored in this browser, so keep a separate note of any size, colour or seller details you want to revisit on another device.

How do I choose the right size?

Start with a garment or pair that fits comfortably and compare its measurements with the seller chart. For clothing, check the relevant chest, shoulder, length, waist or inseam measurements; for shoes, compare foot length with the listing guidance. Confirm whether a chart uses flat width, circumference or body measurements, and check the units. A familiar letter size or another buyer’s choice is only a starting point. Our sizing guide explains how to make a consistent comparison.

What should I check before shipping?

Compare the selected colour, size and quantity with the available warehouse photos, then review any measurements you requested. If an important detail is unclear, ask for a closer photo or clarification while the item is still in the warehouse. Before submitting the parcel, confirm your address, packaging choices, available shipping line and final quote. Raise any return question promptly under the current agent and seller terms; do not assume you can return an item after international dispatch.
